These components have many capabilities in developing the religion and spreading the school in society. n the eighth century, with the emergence of the Shiite states of Sarbadaran (736-783 AH) and Marashian (760-781 AH), the way was prepared for the spread of Shiism, especially since the rulers of each of these states tried to apply moral principles in the political arena in the areas under their control. Therefore, the present study, using a descriptive-analytical method, seeks to answer this question hat similar or different morals did the rulers of these states adopt to spread Shiism? An examination of the moral components of Sarbadari and Marashi leaders shows that some of the morals of the rulers of these two states were very similar in this regard. Among them are efforts to implement Sharia laws at the community level, fair behavior, humane behavior away from aristocracy, and the spread of a culture of expectation among people. However, there were also differences in their behavior.While the Sarbdar rulers paid attention to Shiite scholars and, under their support, some of the most important Shiite scientific works were written during this period, in contrast, during the Mar'ish period, despite the presence of a Shiite jurist at the head of the government, no credible scientific works were seen. اخلاق و مؤلفه های آن در اندیشه سیاسی تشیع جایگاهی ویژه دارد. این مؤلفه ها در توسعه دین و نشر مکتب در جامعه از قابلیت های بسیاری برخوردار است. در قرن هشتم، با ظهور دولتهای شیعی سربداران(حک:736-783ق) و مرعشیان(760-781ق) راه برای گسترش تشیع فراهم شد خصوصا آنکه حاکمان هر کدام از این دولتها کوشیدند در عرصه سیاست اصول اخلاقی را در نواحی تحت فرمان خود به کار بندند. از همین روی، پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی در پی دستیابی به پاسخ این سؤال است که حاکمان این دولتها برای گسترش تشیع چه اخلاقیات مشابه یا متفاوتی را در پیش گرفته بودند؟ بررسی مؤلفه های اخلاقی رهبران سربداری و مرعشی نشان می دهد برخی از اخلاقیات حاکمان این دو دولت در این باره شباهت زیادی به یکدیگر داشت. از آن جمله می توان به تلاش برای پیاده کردن قوانین شریعت در سطح جامعه، رفتارعادلانه، رفتار مردمدارانه و به دور از اشرافی گری همچنین گسترش فرهنگ انتظار در میان مردم اشاره کرد. با این وجود، تفاوت هایی هم در رفتار آنها وجود داشته است. در شرایطی که حاکمان سربدار به عالمان شیعه توجه کردند و در سایه حمایت های آنان برخی از مهمترین آثار علمی شیعی در این دوره نگاشته شد در مقابل در دوره مرعشیان با وجود حضور فقیهی شیعه در رأس حکومت آثار علمی معتبری به چشم نمی خورد.
